A Look Back at 2012!

Wowza!  What a year it has been!  I've had a lot of great moments & some down moments.  Made a lot of great memories & had some life changing events.
For those of you who might be new this could be a good way to get to know me, quickly.  For those of you that have stuck around here for a while, let's go down memory lane shall we?

Let's look back at 2012...

January

Matt turned 30.  We celebrated with friends at Top Golf... most likely where we'll be again this year!

February

Matt & I celebrated 1,095 days together.  (For those of you who are like me & not so good at math that's 3 years together.)

March

We road tripped to Red River, NM for the 2nd year in a row for a Spring Break ski trip!

I successfully made it down some greens & some blues.  Judge away, only my second time to ever ski! :)

& celebrated St. Patty's Day like we weren't 25 & 30.

April

We partied our arses off at Larry Joe Taylor music festival... again, forgetting our age.

May

We spent an entire weekend on motorcycles with friends.  Being on the back of a motorcycle is one of the most freeing feelings.

June

Drove to Port Aransas, TX for a family vacations & where Matt went ALL out & proposed!!! Engagement story here.

I still pinch myself from time to time to see if this is all really real!?  Yep, it is!!!

July

Celebrated 4th of July in Ft. Worth on the lake & late night fireworks.

August

I hit 100 followers & had my first giveaway to celebrate!

September

Labor Day Weekend I went wedding dress shopping with my aunts & a few bridesmaids.

After we celebrated finding my dress with lunch & lots of margs at Gloria's... it was such a FUN day!

Matt & I participated in our first Color Me Rad, Color Run

I will definitely be doing this again in 2013!

I made monogram pumpkins for the first time for Fall porch decorations.

As well as monogrammed coasters as a wedding gift for some friends!

October

We went to the State Fair of Texas for the 2nd year in a row.  It was so much fun & we definitely did it right!  Lots of fried food, carnival rides & the best kind of people watching!

We also got our engagement pictures back...

November

We traveled to Galveston, TX with a group of our friends for the Lone Star Bike Rally

I created a gallery wall with our engagement pictures in our living room

& Also helped co-host one of my best friend's baby shower & celebrated my 26th birthday!

December

Decked the halls with Christmas decor, got a terrible virus & hosted our 2nd Ugly Christmas Sweater party!

& of course... wrapped up the end of the month celebrating Christmas with the best families ever! 

WOW!  Looking back, 2012 was such an awesome year & for so many reasons!  I can't imagine life getting better but, I know within the next few short months, it's going to be nothing short of AMAZING!

Thanks for all of the wonderful memories & blessings you brought my way 2012... 2013, here we come!!!
