We all know life can get hectic & we can all be on the go so much! Although we may have it down to a science, there's still that decision of what to eat & how to eat healthy on the run!?

The other day Giuliana & her FFF team shared some great options for eating healthy on the run! Here are some that I was happy to see on the list & can't wait to try!

326 calories, 10g fat, 35g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, 23g protein
Pizza Hut 12-inch Fit 'N Delicious Pizza with Diced Chicken, Red Onion, & Green Pepper
350 calories, 9g fat, 46g carbohydrates, 2g fiber, 18g protein
**I usually get the small without cheese & onions, add 1 package of crackers & it's approximately 250 calories. PLUS, it's only $1.50!
To be honest I was really excited to see what all was on this list when I opened the e-mail & even more excited to see that something I eat quite often during the Winter made the list!
